The Living Area of Middle Barn boasts a modern and stylish decor with comfortable furnishings. For a cosy evening in front of the television the cottage has a 32" LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD Player. A light and airy space thanks to the open plan design and the large French Doors that open up on the garden terrace.

Kitchen / Dining Area
Another light and airy space thanks to the open plan design. A modern fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, washing machine, fridge and microwave. There is also a dining area with table and chairs.

Bedroom
The Bedroom in Middle Barn is impressive and comfortable. It features statement wallpaper for the Wow factor.

Outside
Situated on a non working farm, the outside views of Middle Barn are impressive across Dartmoor National Park, Dog Owners will enjoy walking through the private woods that surround the farm. Middle Barn has a landscaped terraced garden where you can enjoy eating al fresco. There is enclosed, lawned garden to the front and rear of the property.

Location
Middle Barn is located just outside Launceston, which is perhaps best known for its ruins of a Norman Castle. Launceston is situated on the Devon/Cornwall Border. The seaside town of Bude is just 19 miles away. The Eliot Arms, the local pub is a brisk 2 mile walk. The nearest shop is 1.5 miles away. There are many places of interest close by and this is an ideal base to explore the local area.

DOG FRIENDLY POLICY

The owner of Middle Barn allow one well behaved dog. This holiday cottage is ideal for a couple and their dog, there are some lovely walks in the local area.

LENGTH OF STAY

Typical stays in Middle Barn are a minimum of one week but short breaks are available in the Winter, Out of Season and occasionally as a last minute booking.
